(“Manifold”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you visit and use our website at https://www.manifold.ai, its subdomains, and any other websites, or services that Manifold owns or controls and links to this Privacy Notice (the “Site”). This Notice does not apply to your use of the Manifold Product, which is covered in the Manifold End User Privacy Notice.

This Privacy Notice serves as our Notice at Collection under the California Privacy Rights Act. This Privacy Notice also provides required disclosures regarding Personal Data under applicable law, including but not limited to the EU/UK GDPR and U.S. state privacy laws.

We will retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. If a law requires us to retain your information for a longer period of time, we will comply with that law. We may also retain your Personal Data as necessary to protect our legal rights.

We secure the Personal Data in a controlled and secured environment. While we strive to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, Manifold cannot and does not ensure or warrant the security of your data.

Do Not Track

Some web browsers have “Do Not Track” or similar features that allow visitors to tell each website they visit that they do not want their activities on that website tracked. There is no uniform standard for implementing and recognizing “Do Not Track” signals. For that reason, at present, the Site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

Children’s Privacy

Manifold does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13 through the Site. If you believe a child under 13 years of age has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us at the information provided in the Contact Us section below with a brief description of your concern.

International Visitors

If you use or access the Site or provide us your information from outside the United States, your Personal Data will be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States and other countries where Manifold or its service providers operate in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable laws. Please note that data protection and consumer protection laws of the United States and such other countries may differ from the data protection or consumer protection laws in your country. When transferring your Personal Data to the United States, we take appropriate supplementary measures to protect your data, in line with applicable legal requirements and regulatory guidance.

The Site may contain links to other websites or services that are not controlled by Manifold. Your use of a third-party website or any of its informational content is subject to and governed by the privacy policies, terms, and conditions of the third-party website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party websites.

Updates to this Notice

We may update our privacy practices from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If we make any material changes to the ways in which we process your information, then we will notify you of these changes. The updated Privacy Notice will supersede all previous versions. Your continued use of the Site after the Effective Date of the updated Privacy Notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Notice.
